How do you contact an Estate?

I got a tip on a vacant house that is currently owned by an estate. The family is not speaking and will not agree on a price so the house has never made it onto the market, it has been sitting vacant for 2 years. I would like to contact them to start a conversation but the public records only give the name of the estate and lists the current address as the vacant home address. How do I go about contacting the estate?
