Disclosure on Off Market Property
Hi All,
This might be a silly question but I'm trying to get a better understanding on whether or not I need to disclose that I'm a Realtor in an off market deal. I'm interested in purchasing an off market property from a wholesaler for my own personally rental portfolio. I just recently got my real estate license and want to make sure I'm taking the proper steps. I'm just not 100% sure how that works regarding commissions and disclosure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
