Question concerning POA's

Good morning everyone, I'm looking for some guidance on POA issue. There are two power of attorneys plus beneficiaries on a residential property that I'm in the process of purchasing. One POA is 110% Cooperative the other one is non-compliant whatsoever. This certain residential property has gone through over 18 months of probate because of the certain individual. My question is is it possible to have one POA removed so that we are able to deal with the one that is compliant? Does anyone have any experience in this area? Thanks in advance from Dale and Omaha. Have a blessed day everyone.
