Hello good day,

So I've been interested in sub-2 deals for a while now and I want to learn more about how to structure a deal.

What contracts do I need?

Also who needs to be involved in the legal side to make sure everything runs smoothly?

Do anyone currently do subject-2 deals and want share their experiences with me?
