need help with building an awesome team

Is their anyone out here in the medina, creston, Wooster Ohio area that can help me? I need an agent that knows how investors think and research properties. Not an agent that says they work with investors but has to pass everything through their broker first. Not an agent that will not submit my bid because they think it is too low and will offend someone or the bank if doing foreclosed homes. An agent that is super familiar with bidding on HUD homes and the game that needs to be played to win the bid over other people. An agent that will allow me to look on the MLS also to find properties. ( I can be a listing agent or a non paid assistant). I will not show homes though. That is a waist of time. I also need advise on where to go to get a loan for investment properties. A title company that deals with investors that knows how to get the deal done with double closings or assignments. Their is more that I would like to talk about on the phone or in person. I am just seeing if anyone is out their before I become the lone wolf looking and calling hundreds of people, Thank you.
