Is this SFH a good investment?
I have the opportunity to purchase a 2br/2.5ba SFH for $54,500. I would be paying cash, insurance is $700 and taxes are $900. Current tenants would like to sign a 2yr lease at $750. I would be making about $615 a month after taxes and insurance. The house was built in 2001 and will need the interior painted once the current tenants move out. Does this seem like a good investment?
