Advice for dealing with Auction.com

Does anyone have experience with Auction.com?

There have been several properties in my local market that have been on Auction.com for several months, They have released the reserve price, which seems to me to be a good price even for an investor, but they continue to go thru the auction dates, and re-list them after no offers were accepted.

Is there a way to contact these banks directly, and make them an offer?

I do not have access to the cash only option of making a bid on the property thru the auction site.

Does anyone have any pointers or pitfalls in dealing with Auction.com?

Thanks.
