Can an agent give information about occupancy to a client?
Riddle me this, please. If I called up a listing agent who is lets say listing a fourplex, and I asked him/her some questions about the property, including "are at least one of the units vacant?" Can they give me this information?

Yes, you can always ask the listing agent to get you rent rolls, lease info (start\end dates) and the vacancy rate. They may ask you to sign an NDA before they provide you with the information.
