Market conditions in Nampa Idaho

Hey everyone, I came across something kind of by accident just talking with someone who called off one of my yellow letters. They didn't want to sell their house but we talked for (a long time) and he ended up telling me about something in Nampa. I'm from Twin Falls Idaho and I really have no clue what's going on in Nampa. I don't have many details about this yet but will have more today. It's a piece of land approved for 48 lots next to Nampa Airport and Columbus High School. The Plat is done and approved. He doesn't have it listed or for sale...yet I've never dealt with anything like this. Is there a market for this?

@Nate Hawkins,

This could be a desirable piece of land depending on price of course. Columbia High School is a newer school and that area is growing. Please feel free to send me any details as I would possibly be interested.
