Local real estate investment firm, Lambert & Rhodes Investment Group Inc. is seeking individuals to provide Private Money for the purchases of single family homes. Homes will be renovated and sold by Lambert & Rhodes Investment Group Inc. Your investment is secured by Contract for Deed and First Lien Position. The value of real estate purchased with your investment would be 75% of the current market value of the renovated home, leaving 25% real equity in the property. We currently utilize local hardmoney lenders and rehab two properties a quarter. We are now looking to increase our rehabs to 4-6 properties a quarter.
