OK, I had no idea where to put this post so it goes here I guess.

If you have not listened to the podcast with @Jay Hinrich, you are missing out. I think it is podcast 222, but I would not swear to it.

I have listened to a bunch of them but hands down the best one so far. It should be called the " No ******** zone podcast".

No disrespect meant to anyone in particular on BP, and with a site this big it can't be avoided, but a lot of times you see/hear advice from people who have either done nothing or have never made it through a single down market. This was just straight out been there, done that info.

Fantastic job Jay and excellent job Brandon and Josh for doing that podcast. If you are new or old to this you will learn something here.

I completely agree, Jd. It's great to hear from someone that's been doing this for more than 1/2 a market cycle. And with such diverse experience. You rocked it, Jay!

We don't know what we've never heard of. You will hear of different approaches and of ways to transition with the market on Jay's episode. How to roll with demand and listen to what your market is telling you.

What about you, Jd? I vote for you to be a guest!
