South Chicago Moving Forward
For those of you involved with acquiring investment properties, what specifically should I be looking for? Currently to imvest in Calumet Heights, South Chicago, South Deering, and Woodlawn. What should I avoid? What has greater potential single family or multi?

Talk to Frank Montro if you want to keep investing in the southside. He know that area really well and he works with a lot of investors in that area.
