I had read about Visio Lending on this site and started to analyze their website and such and discovered they don't loan in my state. Any other companies similarly easy to finance through?

It seems that getting money for the initial purchase using BRRRR is the most difficult when you need it the most: as a new investor. Is it likely if you have a good deal and have a great presentation like the BP property analyzer print out that crowdfunding sites will approve a project? Getting the cash out refinance later appears to be the easier part. I've read that even hard money lenders won't touch someone without several deals. So how do you get several deals early on without having to save up $100,000 if that's how much even a renovation costs in your market, as it many times does in my market?
