When buying what comes first?Find deal? Realtor? PrivateInvestor?
I've done a lot of homework and research to get as much knowledge as I can for investing in real estate but something that I still am unsure about is where to start whats the order of the process? should I have a private investor lined up then find a deal or should I have the deal to bring to the investor? Do I need a realtor before or after finding the deal and or investor? When does the lawyer come into play? At what point should I have my general contractor take a look at the house and give estimate rehab costs? Side question- do I need realtor with us when having a contractor walk the house?
