Wholesale Properties Websites
Can anyone make any recommendations on what is a good website to find good wholesale deals? I just got the green light from my lender that I can buy any multi family in Orange NJ for 105k and under. Any advice would be great on where to find some wholesale dealsQ

If a wholesale deal makes it to a website then it's not a good deal. The best deals should sell through word of mouth right away. The only way to get the good ones is to network with all the local wholesalers and sort through a lot of bad deals to find a good one.
