Need Help finding BRRRR Refi bank

I need help!! Can anyone direct me to lender/bank who can do cash out Refi on brrrrr properties. All the banks I called said there is minimum of 6 months waiting period after purchase. I can't have my funds tied up for that long in one property. I'm sure there are banks who will lend on suck type of deal without having to wait 6 months. I called many many banks but I am not giving up till find one bank who can work with me. So I was hoping someone in BP might know or have been working with such a bank. Any help will greatly appreciated. I am beginner investor in looking to do deals in Midwest. Thanks in advance :)
