FHA 90 day flip rule
I've known about 90 day waiting period for FHA loans for my flips, but I don't know why this is. Makes no sense to me at all. All it does is hurt the buyer who wants to buy the house and it hurts the investor to sell the property and put more money back into the economy. Does anyone know FOR SURE why this is??Makes no sense to me at all, why choose 90 days and why only FHA loans. MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL!!! Seems to hurt people rather than help people.
