When rehabbing for BRRR, do most of you do work yourselves?

Hi all,

I am currently educating myself on perhaps using the BRRR method in the future for investment properties. As a full-time medical professional I have no time to do rehab work myself. Generally speaking, does contracting out the work evaporate too much of the money and make the numbers not work? Also, many contractors are very unreliable in my area (so I hear from so many folks) and I don't see how I could expect the job would be done on time. What are your thoughts?
