Neveda Tenant Laws questions

Hello, I currently have a tenant who will not respond to me... sometimes her sister messages me to ask me  to have issues fixed but when I ask a question, Never a response..

Very annoying

Her lease ends May 15th 2017

I don't plan to renew it.

Can I send a 30 day notice to vacate/quit now? Do I have to send it 30 days after her lease ends ? For example, say I send it tomorrow and her lease ends on the 15th Does it have to be 30 days  after the lease ends or can it by any amount of days after her lease ends as long as it was 30 day notice. ( end on the 12 of June vs 15 of June).

Also say her 30 ends sometime in the middle of the month.. do they pay the full month rent and then I reimburse for the unrented months or do I only accept the days that they rent. 

For easy math 

June 1 rent is due for $300

They move out on the 6th

Do they pay $60 or $300 and then I send them their deposit + 7-30 days ($240)
