Using DHM for my first deal...

Last week I took a leap and signed up for DHM so I could get my first investment deal to buy-fix-sell. I'm been struggling to find or get a property under contract because inventory is so low in the areas I want to invest in. Other than the MLS what are some ways I can find my 1st deal?
