im trying to buy a duplex that is occupied with tenants under the current owners lease. I want to buy the place using an fha loan, It says you should occupy the home for a year, but if I have to uphold previous owners lease and they still have 10 months on their leases does that mean I only have to owner occupy it for the remaining two months or the year I'm required to live in it starts when I move in?? Or am I allowed to kick out tenants because of the fha loan?
