Bad deal or good deal??
If I have a house with a possible seller, the house was appraised for 72k. The owner owes 55k on house. Repairs are unknown at this time but looking like less than 10k for repairs. Is this a bad deal. I don't see any money being profitable to me or the my buyer???? Any suggestions or expertise
