Asset based portfolio lender for new york

Hi all

i currently own a growing portfolio and after using up my cash i started using private money at 12% interest plus all the fees. Im currently seeking a bank or lender that will refinance my package as a whole having equity in them all. Protected by cash flowing properties.  Any recommendations. Thanks
