FHA Loan and have family members stay in it for a year.

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to do an FHA loan and have family members fulfill the criteria of staying in it for one year. My sister currently lives in a college town and I was hoping to do an FHA loan and have her live there and rent out the other rooms. Is this possible? Or does she have to be the one who has to purchase the property herself?

Thanks
