New investor question. What to offer?
The average 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the area I live in goes for about $500k. If I come across a distressed property what is the maximum I can purchase the house for to make a $50k profit. Assuming I am borrowing hardmoney to fund the deal. Lest's assume the rehab costs are $50k.
