What to do with Equity

I currently have 50-60k in equity with the 1 sfh I own;  the house itself cash flows around 300 a month.  I am 75% of the way through Set For Life, and really want to take my next step towards financial freedom.  

If you are in my spot, what do you do?  Can I use the equity to fund a flip?  All input is appreciated!
