Snap Flip, what is this??

What the hell is "Snap flipping"? I saw an ad on TV of these two guys holding another "income stream" training seminar. Has anyone been to one of these? It looks a lot like wholesaling.

Not sure, but it seems more like bird-dogging to me. People find a house and pass it on to investors. I don't think they actually put it under contract.
