What's the best way to finance my next property?

Hello BP, So I'm looking to buy a multi family house but not sure how to finance it. My question is I have a house currently that my wife and I used a conventional loan 20% down on, I'm co signed on it and I was wondering if I could purchase the next house in my name but use a FHA? If not what's my best bet should we just save another 20% for the next buy? That's what I have been aiming to do and I'm on track for that next by next year. Do you guys recommend another way?
