Newbie to the real estate game looking to eat like the big timers

so my name is David E, and I am on BP to learn to make money using real estate as my main source of "work". I know that it's a long shot, but seeing that there's such a diverse group of people on here, I was hoping someone from each field would at least hop on the thread and let me and everyone as new to this as myself on how to be successful! I know in Portland, OR (Where I am living) the market of real estate is on the rise and sky rocketing! Would love to be someone in the field with a firm grasp on the game of flipping using the BRRR method to maximize my financial potential.
