Investing in real estate at a young age
Hi everyone, I am a 17 years old boy living in Canada. I would love to start shortly investing in real estate (buying a duplex) but don't know how to. I have 12000$ saved up which 7000$ are in mutual funds so I can take it out when I want. Can someone help me out finding how should I invest this money in real estate? Thank you

Read read read. Save money and invest in books about investing. Align yourself with people that are where you want to be in business. Learn about leverage. Learn about the finance portion of investing in real property. You're young, go work at a investment office and learn. You'll never regret it.
Then go make a killing.
