Greetings,

I have worked with the same contractor completing 1 flip and on now on my 5th SFR rental. He is trustworthy and reliable. During one of the rehabs he mentioned he would be interested in partnering with me on another flip. As a new investor, I am seeking advice or suggestions on how a such a partnership would be structured. Please advise.
