Is HUD up to date on foreclosure listings?

I was looking through listings on HUD for foreclosures and came across a listing that I'd snatch up right now, but other sites show it was sold in 2015 and is off the market. Is HUD's foreclosure listings up to date? If so, hopefully my fiance and I have a starter home soon.
