Tenant wants to purchase home

Hello all! Thank you for this great resource. We are fairly new to the REI game, but we have a question regarding a tenant that would like to purchase the property they are currently renting. It is a SFR in Pennsylvania. Since we already have a buyer lined up, would it be wise to use a realtor? We already have a title company that we have used in the past that we can use. Is there anything else we need beyond the standard purchase contract? Thanks in adavance!
