Vacation rental change of ownership

We are considering purchasing a condo in Florida.  The current owner has the property with a management company with a few rentals scheduled in the future.  Since we aren't sure if or when we want to rent the property if we were to buy it, are we in any way obligated to honor the existing future reservations?  Thanks for any insights...
