Investor Friendly Title Companies In Oregon

Hello BP,

I've been doing a number of deals in Oregon, but they have been smaller deals all with my own money.  I've had trouble finding a title company that is willing to do a dual closing for me where I do not need to bring any of my own money to the table.

Does anyone have a recommendation on Oregon Title companies that will do these types of transactions?
