This post is to try and find out who buys in these markets ! California-high end! Or  Cheaper off market 10K or lower but good deals!! We are not trying to sell to them or build a list! This is to try and find out what the market is like! WE are running a interest only question to see what the markets are doing and trending. Thanks for your input!
