National Finders Fee/Referral/wholesaling
Hello everyone!
I am soon to be a property finder for real estate investors who buy/hold or fix/flip. I'd like to know what is best route when I find the property for their business? (See Below) I've been told by so many but have not consult with an attorney yet which I plan to do but in the mean time, I'm wondering if anyone here has any input or feedback I can use while gathering my information.
1. Assignment Contract for all state specific
2. Finders Fee agreement
3. Referral Fee agreement
4. Consultant
I just want to operate as an individual who finds properties from time to time but legally. I don't want be taken advantage of either for my hard work as well.
