Coos Bay and North Bend Oregon Investors

Hello everyone,

With the high value prices in multifamily from Salem up the I-5 corridor to Portland I've expanded my scope looking for better cash flow numbers in Oregon.  I've been doing some research into rental opportunities on Oregon's south and mid-coast markets.  I've made some great connections with realtors, property managers, etc., but would really like to chat with some local investors if you're out there and willing.   

I'm also interested in the Roseburg market.  Cheers!
