if im strictly the money guy.   I did not find the deal nor will i operate the deal,  but im raising all the money.  Whats a typical % of GP should i expect.   Can you please PM me your answers.    Thank you guys in advance.

Hi Jon,

Hope you are doing well.  For experienced syndication teams, if you bring all the $, you should be looking at 33% of the GP split.  On a 70/30 LP to GP split, that would be 10% of the 30%.  For less experienced operators, you could justify 40 to 50% would not be unreasonable IMO.
