Home Advantage Program Question

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has used Home Advantage Program

I am in the Baltimore/DC area and according to my credit union you can get 20% of the agent fee at closing (as a buyer) if you use the program. 

Has anyone used it? if yes, can you give me some feedback.
