Assignment contract recommendations

Hey everyone,

So I am working on a wholesale deal here in Texas, and wanted to Assign the contract to the buyer, rather than doing a double close.  Does anyone have a preferred assignment contract they like to use that they can refer me to? Preferably a free downloadable PDF contract. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
