We bought a REO and finally got to do the first walk through this weekend.

By the time I got to the master bath, the stench was almost overwhelming.  But then when I say their most recent reading choices, I lost it!

At the time, I cracked up.  Then I got sad for the whole situation.  This is not the part of flipping that I enjoy.

I understand how you feel. It is sad. Many of these people struggle with mental health and/or drug addiction. It's even more sad when kids are involved. We used to do foster care and had to get kids from situations like this :(
