Vacant Property/Rehabber Insurance
I do fix n flips and looking at RealProtect for vacant/rehab insurance. I have been using Foremost insurance thru my Farmer's agent, which was the best cost/protection plan I found. A REIA I am part of has been suggesting RealProtect, part of The Nolan Agency. They specialize in investor type homes, vacant/rehab and rentals. Has anyone had experience with RealProtect? If so, give me the good, the bad and the ugly. Thanks ahead of time!!!!
