Im a real estate who wants to start wholesaling & flipping
Hello all, I have my real estate license and I'm thinking about signing on with a major real estate company but obviously if I do sign on with a broker I'm obligated to get contracts for them exclusively. I do have an LLC and I was wonder if a Transactional Funding company would be a way to close on a wholesale deal without my broker company finding out and possibly suing me? What kind of closing would you advise in my situation. Thanks
