Flip opportunity with a need to evict tenant.
Hello, I just came across a property that could have good potential for a Flip and hold but there is a bad tenant in place. How do you go about buying a house with a bad tenant? Still trying to find out a little more about the situation but would like some strategic advice on what could be done.
Thanks!
