Questions about home warranties?

1) which one do you recommend?

2) I have a new unit I've just acquired.  The a/c and heat pumps on the 2 a/c units are 19 years old each.  Inspector said they are on their last legs and would be surprised if they make it through the summer.  If I put them on a warranty, would that be beneficial when they eventually crap out whether that's a few months from now or 5 years from now?
