How to find if a property is FHA Approved?

Hey guys, I'm looking to move into flipping in the D.C. area and am interested in a potential short sale on a condo. It would be a quick and relatively easy rehab, probably just some light fixtures a new bathroom and paint. All in all it could be a good deal and a great way for me to get started negotiating the D.C. market and bureaucracy.

One thing I haven't been able to determine is whether the property is FHA approved. I will be purchasing with cash but FHA approval will affect the size of the buyer pool when I sell. Any recommendations?
