Hi all~

I represent the seller of a home in Corpus Christi (Flour Bluff area).  If you know anything about Corpus Christi, you know that Flour Bluff is starting to really boom.  The school district is a prefered school district, it is close to the water/beaches, close to the military base and it is cheaper (for now - in some areas).  New construction is popping up all over Flour Bluff as that is were the land availability is right now.  The house I have available was getting $1250 in rent in its current condition.  The rental market here has also gone up substantially.  The house is listed at $115K.  There is a house on the market on the same street that just listed for $159K.  Would love to get this place sold for my client!  Check it out.   3809 Alisa Ann Corpus Christi TX 78418
