In KC Tue-Thu and looking to meet up with other investors

I'm an out-of-state investor (from San Diego) and will be visiting KC Tue-Thu. I have 2 properties in Lees Summit under contract and am in town for inspections and to see some other properties. Any other out-of-state investors visiting this week? I would love to meet up and see how your investing is going.

Or if you're a local rehabber, I would love to meet up, see a project or two, drink a beer or two... :)
