Best way to rent a 1/2 Duplex in Ft. Worth just north of Bricks
3 bedroom, 2.5 batch. Build in 1998. Inside is in amazing condition. 2 car garage.
I see several rentals in this area renting for $2,500-$3,200.
This unit is over 2,500 sq feet. All bedrooms are upstairs with the 1/2 bath downstairs.
There's a med school nearby and this is in a popular area but looking for any insights on how i could best target the market I'm looking to rent to in the next 60 days.
What other information could I provide to help answer my question?
